1.Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with any products purchased from us online, please accept our sincerest apologies and rest assured we will do everything we can to put things right. Notwithstanding this you have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours from placing your order. In order to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email, informing us that you wish to cancel your order and your reasons for cancellation.

2.Damaged Goods
a) Please inspect the products as soon as possible following delivery. Any claim for incorrect deliveries, shortages or damaged products must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
b) Please send us photos showing any inaccuracies, or damage to help us resolve your issue.

3.Returns
a) You must return the products to us in the condition in which they were received. You are responsible for arranging the safe return of any unwanted products to us by recorded delivery to our address and you are responsible for all delivery costs unless you have cancelled the order because of the poor condition in which the products were received, in which case we will pay delivery costs.
b) If you cancel the order you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding any delivery charges incurred, within 30 days after you have notified us of the cancellation providing we have received your returned goods.
